A Premium five times distilled Gin, distilled by a Single Shot method with just one copper still. It's made with a variety of botanics such as juniper, lemon and orange peel, coriander, licorice, cinnamon, cassia, angelica root and lily root. The final result is a little bittersweet, with citric aromas, specially from lemon and juniper.
It is produced by Nº 209 Distillery, in San Francisco, California. The name comes from the number asigned by the federal government to the first brewery that produced it.
