In Classic Spirits, we make a special effort to offer you the best service at the best price. Hence, we have teamed up with the most important and efficient firms in the industry to guarantee that all shipments are delivered on time and in perfect state. Depending on the destination, it is either UPS or Envialia.
Our delivery costs include the transportation of the products ordered, their packaging in especially designed boxes to transport bottles, and the insurance against loss or damage. The VAT is included.
Shipments for the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands will be delivered within 24hrs to 72 hrs working days, counting from the first working day after Classic Spirits has received the payment correctly. For the rest of the destinations, delivery will be within 48hrs to 96hrs working days.

Zone 2: Germany, Holland and Portugal (except Madeira and Azores)
Zone 3: Austria, Belgium, Denmark,France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg
Zone 4: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakian Republic, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Croatia and Rumania
Zone 5: Finland, Sweden and Norway
Zone 6 : The rest of the world including all the areas excluded in the others zones.
(*) For shipments considered by UPS to non-metropolitan areas (where there is no UPS Access Point™, UPS Customer Center or Mail Boxes Etc. nearby), UPS will charge a fee of 30€ on the price, that will be informed via e-mail to proceed with your payment before shipping. For shipments to Finland, Sweden and Norway this surcharge is already applied. In case that you are a costumer from Finland, Sweden and Norway of metropolitan area according to UPS and it does not correspond you the overcharge we will proceed to refund that over cost once you have made the order.
Due to aerial security, orders received from any country in Zone 6 cannot include products that have an alcohol content greater than 24º, and they will be billed without VAT as this tax is not applicable in the mentioned territories.
Deliveries to special destinations, zones that are distant from populated areas or only accessible by air will have a surcharge which the client will be informed about at the time of delivery so that he/she can decide whether to go ahead with it.
Clients who wish to return their order even if they have received it correctly can certainly do so without further reason. This should be done within a maximum of 14 working days, starting from the day you receive the order. Products that have been previously opened and orders that are incomplete cannot be returned. The refund has to be made in the original packaging and in perfect state, just as it was received. All costs incurred will be taken care of by the client.
In case the courier company is not able to complete the delivery after 3 attempts, and they cannot contact with the customer for unaware reasons, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and the customer will have to take charge of all the costs related to the shipment (sending and returning).
