The Absinth Philippe Lasala is one of the most widely drunk absinthes in Spain with a refreshing fruity flavour. It is made from a blend of wormwood, Melissa, fennel and green anise. It contains no added colouring or sugar. It has a pale green coloured body and the nose is marked by fresh citric aromas combined with notes of aniseed. The palate is vibrant and lively with a slight bitter taste and a light, citrus finish that can be enjoyed neat, with ice or with soda.
